• Monthly conversion should be minimum 40%.
• If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Good knowledge on the subject; good verbal communication; patience; positivity; self-discipline; integrity & the urge to excel.
2. You should have thorough knowledge about everything in HairMate.
3. You should be fluent in verbal communications. English & Hindi are a must. Fluency in any regional language, especially Telugu & Bengali, will be an added advantage.
4. Communicate in a language which is most comfortable to the client/patient.
5. Patiently explain every aspect of the process which the client/patient wants to know. Creating awareness of clients/patients & gaining their trust are key success factors.
6. Use of words should be in accordance with client’s needs. Nobody has patience for long explanations. Thus, the choice of words should be proper & your communication should be concise and precise.
7. Never use abusive language while talking to clients. Control your patience while dealing with irate clients.
8. Always call back to check if the client/patient is ready to talk if the person could not be contacted earlier. Don’t pester or disturb them but call them in such a manner so as to make them curious about the process/treatment.
9. You will have to market HairMate’s name. Telephonic marketing is the best way to do so. A client can gain 90% trust through good Tele-communication.
10. Focus on referrals.
11. It is okay to ask for help from superiors. They are always there to explain complicated things to you and to the client.
12. Should be dedicated, spontaneous & self-driven.
