Business Development Associate - Trainee (Internship - 3 Months)
Location: Thane west, Mumbai
Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship further followed with PPO)
About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Business Development Trainees. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales processes, client interactions, and business development strategies. The role includes both pre-sales and inside sales responsibilities, with opportunities to meet clients and gain real-world experience in business development across all the business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
Assist & support in lead generation and pre-sales activities efforts & conversion strategies.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Schedule and attend physical meetings with prospective and existing clients and pitch the products and services of the company.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in business meetings, networking events, and client engagements.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with market demands.
Maintain and update daily CRM and documentation
Utilize basic knowledge of lead generation portals.
Requirements
Students or recent graduates freshers (BBA/MBA preferred).
Basic understanding of business development concepts for B2B segments.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in dynamic international markets.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and global business expansion.
