Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the pneumatic components and flexible hoses sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits
Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients
Present product solutions to potential customers
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and customer support
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial sales (preferably in pneumatics or related products)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with the Mumbai industrial market is a plus
Two-wheeler preferred for travel
