This is formed with an objective to connect to large segment of small loan borrowers though digital platform. We have inhouse team of chartered accountants to evaluate the borrowings and loan requirement of small loan borrowers and assist them in availing loan in a cost- effective manner at optimum interest rate. We provide door step service to our loan borrowers with multiple bank options so that they can avail loan at their convenience and save their precious time and energy in negotiating with banks. We provide complimentary loan consultation service to our clients where they can discuss their existing borrowings and future loan requirements with us and we advise and assist in better debt management so that they save on EMIs/ interest cost.

Designation - Team Leader -Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
o Lead and manage a team of telecallers and sales officer.
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:
Drive the team to achieve sales targets, generating leads and successfully converting them into loan/mortgage applications.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure that all clients are provided with accurate, up-to-date information regarding loan products and services.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to outbound calls, sales performance, and team metrics.
Report progress and results to senior management regularly.
Team Motivation & Development:
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and achievement.
Organize regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and feedback.
Process Improvement:
Propose new strategies for optimizing lead generation process.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
o Minimum of 3-4 years of total experience in the loan, mortgage, or financial services industry, preferably with outbound calling experience.
o At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role within the mortgage or loan industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of loan products, mortgage processes, and financial regulations.
o Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
o Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve individual and team goals.
Education:
o A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
Salary Range
As per last company experience plus incentives
