We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales to join our team. Key Responsibilities : -
1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to target enterprise-level clients.
Identify business opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
Build customized solutions and proposals to address client-specific needs.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations. Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all opportunities to completion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
4. Market Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the enterprise sector. Monitor competitors and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Conduct detailed discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts. Secure long-term agreements and partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
2. Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
3. Experience:
Prior experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role is highly preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasion skills may also apply.
