JOB BRIEF: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing loan sales in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and be self-driven.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
· Generate new business opportunities by actively seeking out potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other forms of outreach
· Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our loan products to potential clients
· Conduct loan product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and explain the loan application process
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell loan products
· Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry developments
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan applications
· Work closely with the loan processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
REQUIREMENT & SKILLS :-
· 6 Months - 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Strong organizational and time
· management skills
· Knowledge of loan products and financial services industry regulations and practices
· Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
