Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (freshers welcome).
Experience: 0-2 years in Sales/Marketing (manufacturing preferred).
Skills: Basic sales knowledge, client relationship management, and MS Office.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Able to collaborate with sales teams.
Adaptability: Quick to learn new strategies and tools.
Responsibilities:
Generate new inquiries and follow up with existing clients.
Prepare and send quotations to clients based on their requirements.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment collection.
Handle sample dispatches and follow up with clients.
Attend virtual or in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs.
Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote products.
Weekly reports on sales performance, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure that all certification documents are maintained and updated.
Report sales activities and updates to the manager and top management.
Manage and maintain the sample room for client demonstrations.
Complete and submit KRA/KPI forms for performance tracking.
