The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales pitching, and maintaining client relationships to achieve revenue targets and enhance the company's business reach.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, emails, social media, and industry events.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and potential clients' needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand clients' requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Negotiation:
Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive business growth.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
Identify areas of opportunity for new products, services, or markets.
Strategic Planning & Business Strategy:
Assist in the development of business strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
Work with senior management to set business development goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall growth strategy.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients, sales activities, and project progress in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Networking & Partnership Building:
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with other businesses, agencies, and vendors to explore new business opportunities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
