· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, actively engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative selling to understand clients' international communication challenges and propose suitable SMS solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client satisfaction.
· Negotiate contract terms, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties.
· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue generation, new client acquisition, and customer retention.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
· Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and insights to the sales management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
