Sales Executive
Job description/Role and responsibilities
Key point of contact between Facility and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new services including but not limited to the following;
1. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
2. Research and analyse sales options
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
4. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/Services
5. Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
6. Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
7. Build and maintain professional networks
8. Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
9. Apart from the above responsibilities, you may have to contribute to other areas as deemed appropriate / required for the business.
Age: 22-30, no gender preference
Qualification: Graduation and above
Experience- 0- 2 years in real estate.
Skills: people skills, empathy, listening skills, sales skills, objection handling, MS Office
