Job Description: An aggressive and successful sales person who is target oriented with proven success in power industry. Would be Responsible for the business growth in the region by implementing a sales strategy to generate new leads from existing customers and add new customers in B2B like Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Power Stations, Railways, Heavy Industries and HVAC.
· Generate new sales and Identifying prospective customers.
· Experience in handling sales in Corporate, Institutional Sales & B2B
· Self-starter and a role with enormous growth potential
· Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
· Responsible for business generation and growth in the region
· Sales strategy to generate new leads from existing customers and add new customers
· Implementing of sales strategies & plans that will out-perform targets.
· Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
· Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
· Conduct quarterly Business Reviews and develop Business Plan.
· Monitor Competitor activities and implement Tactical activities.
· To create a balance between Sales & Collection.
· Experience in handling project-based sales/dealing with Power / energy industry
