We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of IT services, and a passion for generating leads and closing deals.
Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, online platforms, cold calling, etc.)
Reach out to prospects and explain the company’s services
Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Manager or sales team
Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
Assist in preparing proposals and documentation for clients
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met
Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversion rates using CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
6 months to 4 years of experience in sales or business development (IT industry preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and explain technical concepts in a simple manner
Target-oriented and self-driven personality
Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools is a plus
