Key Responsibilities:

existing clients.
Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-
makers in the software industry.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to inform business
strategies and identify growth opportunities in the Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, ERP
markets.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective
clients, specifically highlighting IT software solutions such as Microsoft Office Suite,
Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
Negotiate business terms and close high-value software sales deals, ensuring mutually
beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth
service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, evolving market conditions, and stay ahead of competition to
identify new growth opportunities in the IT software space.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle of software solutions, including payment collection
and ensuring contract fulfillment for software products like Microsoft, Adobe,
AutoCAD, and ERP solutions.
Focus on revenue growth, sales forecasting, and setting achievable sales targets within
the IT software domain.

Compensation Policy:
The compensation structure is a 70% fixed salary and 30% variable component based
on performance.
The variable part will be withheld if sales targets are not met within the given period.
Upon meeting or exceeding targets, the remaining variable component will be paid out
based on performance evaluations, conducted quarterly.
