ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify potential clients in the target market and Segment, through Direct Sales in Bangalore and Virtual Sales anywhere in India. Identify potential clients and markets for manpower services.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
• Generate Business Funnel, Customer Base, and Various account information and interact with HR over the phone, emails, and personal visits and meetings.
• Managing the sales process to win and scale up new business opportunities.
• Prepare and Submit business proposals, and quotes, follow up, Negotiate, and close contracts with prospective clients
• Provide regular reports and updates on account status, sales activities, and client feedback.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE.
• Should be graduate or post-graduate from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the manpower services industry.
• Should have a strong track record of success within sales, must be within the Recruitment and staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of staffing and workforce solutions.
• Should be highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure in end-to-end Recruitment. You will be the main point of contact between the company and its clients, working to understand their Recruitment & HR Service needs, address concerns, and promote the company's products or services.
