Key Responsibilities:
Business Expansion in Malls: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with malls for store openings, negotiate lease agreements, and manage relationships with mall management.
Franchise Development: Develop and implement a franchise strategy to attract and onboard new franchise partners, including preparing franchise agreements and providing ongoing support.
Corporate Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute corporate marketing plans to strengthen brand presence, including sponsorships, collaborations, and brand campaigns.
SIS (shop-In-shop) Projects: Identify and manage SIS opportunities, negotiating and coordinating with partner brands to set up in-store spaces that maximize sales and visibility.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand recognition in new and existing markets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including mall management, franchisees, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze business development metrics, preparing regular reports on performance and future opportunities for the management team.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in trade events, mall activations, and corporate marketing events to promote the brand and expand the business network.
