We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with oncology professionals, and promoting the OncoTree app to enhance its adoption and visibility in the healthcare community.
Identify, approach, and onboard oncology professionals (doctors, clinics, hospitals) onto the OncoTree platform.
Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and increase user base.
Conduct product demos and explain the key features and benefits of the OncoTree app to doctors and healthcare staff.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Manage client accounts and ensure consistent communication, satisfaction, and feedback collection.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, tech support) to refine messaging and app positioning.
Track daily activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare periodic performance reports.
Attend medical conferences, workshops, and field visits to grow network and brand presence.
Strong skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
Previous experience in the healthcare sector, preferably working with doctors or oncology professionals.
Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
