Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meet business targets, and enhance the company’s market positioning.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new areas for growth.
Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, manage client expectations, and close deals effectively to achieve profitable business outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of client projects and optimize service delivery.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to senior management on business development metrics and results.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to foster client loyalty, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on driving business growth and client acquisition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
Skill set:
Proficiency in Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships to create business opportunities and expand market reach.
