Key Responsibilities:

1. Enhance Visitor Experience:

• Act as the face of our experience center, delivering a welcoming and inspiring educational journey for all visitors.

• Ensure each visitor receives an engaging, insightful, and seamless experience.

2. Offer Personalized Academic Guidance:

• Engage with students and parents to understand their academic interests, career goals, and educational backgrounds.

• Provide tailored recommendations and support in selecting the most suitable academic programs.

3. Drive Career Awareness and Growth:

• Advise individuals on career development opportunities, emerging industry trends, and the benefits of various learning pathways.

• Stay informed about workforce requirements and align guidance accordingly.

4. Collaborate with Leadership Teams:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including education specialists and program managers, to ensure alignment with academic goals.

• Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in student support services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in academic advising, career counseling, student engagement, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for student success and education.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
