    Job Brief
    We are currently hiring an CRM (sales) who will be responsible for developing new sales business & generating more business from existing clients. Also ensuring achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets in terms of revenue generation and products.

    Objectives of this role
    Develop and implement growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
    Optimise end-to-end journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
    Prepare oneself with product knowledge and bring new innovations to reach out to clients to achieve targets.
    Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as Product development, Marketing, Logistics and many more.

    Your tasks
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships to drive sales.
    Analyse data and generate, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    Conceptualise inside sales initiatives, analyse data and measure results
    Plan and monitor existing marketing campaigns or anything else which needs to be added as per the market demand.
    Partner with brand owners to leverage all marketing opportunities which will generate sales by cold calling and follow ups.
    Identifying white space and marketing opportunities to additional generate sales from the market.

    KEY Required skills and qualifications
    Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    Understand customer needs and requirements.
    Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
    Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
    Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
    Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
    Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
    Need to visit prospective clients, if needed to bring client onboard for sales generation.

    3+ years of experience in outbound sales.
    Graduate with passionate to do sales.
    Possess excellent customer service skills.
    Ability to establish rapport and closing sales.
