Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, and basic English.
• Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products/services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update the CRM system.
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency in Hindi and at least one East Indian language (Bengali is mandatory)
• Basic to average English communication skills
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Basic computer skills for call logging and data entry
• Prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).
