Job Title: Real Estate Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and building strong client relationships. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Act as a point of contact between the company and potential clients, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and local area developments.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Participate in real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales support team for documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sale processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, field sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with the local property market and real estate trends.
Ability to work on weekends and travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Minimum qualification: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office.
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
