Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses that are looking to sell their franchises, onboarding them to our platform, and converting them into active sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with businesses interested in franchising.
Onboarding: Guide businesses through the process of listing their franchise on our platform.
Sales & Conversion: Convert onboarded businesses into active franchise sellers by building strong relationships and demonstrating the platform's value.
Daily Calling & Meetings: Engage with potential clients through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
Travel & Field Visits: Meet business owners, conduct presentations, and close deals.
Event & Expo Participation: Represent Egniol at industry events, expos, and franchise exhibitions to generate leads and build partnerships.
Market Research: Stay updated on franchise trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with 1-5 years of experience in sales and franchise consulting.
