Franchise Sales Manager – Fashion Industry (Real Estate/Food & Beverages/Wellness/Education/Brand Licensing)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Franchise Sales Manager to spearhead our franchise development efforts across multiple sectors, including Real Estate or Food & Beverages or Wellness, Education, and Brand Licensing. The role involves identifying franchise opportunities, building lasting relationships with partners, and ensuring the consistent growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Open to Make Cold Calling to the Potential Investors explain them about our products/services and
what we are offering. Open Outlets Pan India.
Be the brand ambassador for all brands represented
Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly.
Should be able to Travel Pan India only if required.
Should be able find or suggest Property, Legal View, Layout, Hiring, Training and Marketing plan also
make sure Successful Launch.
Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports
Works closely with the Sr. VP or Managing Director of Franchise Development on strategic initiatives
to achieve goals
Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brand represented
Provide tools to assist in achieving goals
Design Standard Operating procedures for the F
Brewery & Create service guidelines.
Responsible for audits, effective consumption of products & for local tie ups, liaison with marketing
team & Social media team.
Coordination with vendors and pricing negotiation & Constant review of client service standard
Coordination with Human resource to ensure staff hiring and retention
Accountability for stock and product order on monthly basis for all F
Brewery pan India.
On time completion of new projects, liaison with owners.
Would be a part of the Sales & Marketing team for onboarding Franchise Partners.
Accountable for generating leads over the calls with potential prospective clients
You will be probing the B2C & B2B clients over the calls such as Location they want to open the Business,
Stores, Capacity of Investment, How soon you want to start,
Once you have got the information you will start pitching or explaining the products we have, Explain why
FTV and arrange Virtual Meeting with Senior Management for better explaining the products we Offer.
You should be well versed in creating an impact for multiple different cities Franchise Partners.
Should have excellent communication skills/ presentation skills to convey potential online distribution/ sales over cities to Franchise Partners.
Fashion TV gives a 360 degree brand support all its Franchise Partners in different phases, right from
before they start to even after they have started operating
This will give them access to sell and earn a profits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
Proven track record in franchise sales or business development, preferably in the fashion industry or related sectors.
In-depth knowledge of franchise models and legal frameworks.
Good Knowledge of Client Acquisition & Negotiation Skills, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
English proficiency
Basic knowledge of Fashion TV
Good business network, CRM, Dialers etc
Fair awareness about City & Understanding of Franchisee Business Sales & Operations
Strong desire to be rich and famous
Ability to speak multiple Languages other then English
