We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Executive to assist clients in planning and booking their travel and holiday packages. The ideal candidate will offer tailored travel solutions, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to post-travel support.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate holiday packages.
Prepare customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transportation.
Handle all aspects of holiday bookings including confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport companies to secure best deals.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, current promotions, and market trends.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage booking records and generate regular reports.
Promote travel insurance and optional add-ons to enhance customer experience.
Follow company processes for documentation, invoicing, and payment collection.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language).
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Proficiency in travel booking tools and CRM software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc. preferred).
Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Multitasking and time management skills.
