Job Title- Inside Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities: -
· Research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media or referrals.
· Determine which leads are most likely to become customers by evaluating their needs and budget and assessing interest in the services
· Engage with potential customers by phone, email or video conference to demonstrate the features and benefits of services
· Work with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and align with company goals.
· Close sales with customers, provide customer support as required and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
· Staying up to date about services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Any bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience would be preferred
· Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales domain or Fintech/Financial industries
· Key Skills: - Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly, is highly detail oriented, organized and resourceful.
