Job Description – IT Sales Executive (1+ Year Experience)
Position: IT Sales Executive
Location:Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io.
Conduct market research to target potential customers in industries needing ERP, CRM, and IT solutions.
Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a sales pipeline.
2. Sales & Client Engagement:
Understand client business requirements and pitch IT solutions (ERP, CRM, custom software, cloud solutions, etc.).
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Pre-Sales & Solution Consultation:
Work with technical teams to prepare customized proposals.
Collaborate with the product team to align solutions with client needs.
Assist in preparing pricing strategies, RFPs, and quotations.
4. Post-Sales & Client Success:
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Provide after-sales support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
Requirements:
✅ 1+ year experience in IT sales, software sales, or SaaS sales.
✅ Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and IT software solutions.
✅ Experience using lead generation & sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.).
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to work in pre-sales & post-sales support.
