Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative – IT Solutions to join our growing sales team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing sales for a wide range of IT products and services—including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and infrastructure offerings. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements related to IT infrastructure, cloud services, software licensing, and networking.
Present IT solutions clearly and confidently to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized product demonstrations and solution overviews.
Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Coordinate internally across departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sale support.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
