Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales & Tele calling
Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Orlank Technology’s products and services.
Engage with leads generated through various marketing and sales channels to convert them into customers.
Maintain a professional and persuasive approach while communicating with clients.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs, address their queries, and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Identify and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
4. Product Knowledge & Pitching
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
5. Database & CRM Management
Accurately record customer information, call details, and sales updates in the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on customer interactions.
6. Team Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve sales processes and service offerings.
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 6 month of experience in tele calling, sales, or a related field (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong persuasive speaking and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build positive customer relationships and handle objections professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and tele calling software (preferred but not mandatory).
