Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic IT Sales Manager to lead and grow our digital services portfolio, including Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Web Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT services including SMM, SEO, and Web Development.
· Identify and approach prospective clients through cold calls, networking, email campaigns, and online platforms.
· Understand client needs and present customized solutions that address their digital marketing and web development goals.
· Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate project scoping and client satisfaction.
· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
· Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM tools regularly.
· Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and innovations.
· Attend industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote services and build brand visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in digital services like SMM, SEO, and Web Development.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and web technologies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Self-motivated, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, social media, and search engine algorithms.
· Experience selling to both SMEs and large enterprises.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
