We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead and Demo Coordinator to manage incoming leads, schedule product demos, and support the sales team in converting prospects to customers. This role is vital to ensuring smooth communication between potential clients and internal teams, and plays a key part in enhancing the customer journey from first contact to successful onboarding.
Manage and qualify inbound leads through CRM systems and marketing platforms.
Schedule and coordinate product demos between clients and sales representatives.
Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update lead tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Communicate with prospects via email, phone, or messaging to confirm demo details and gather necessary information.
Assist the sales team with pre-demo preparation and post-demo follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing campaigns and reporting.
Provide reports and updates on lead status, demo outcomes, and performance metrics.
