Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads for various loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to cross-sell/up-sell financial products.
Collect required documents, verify details, and ensure smooth application processing.
Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal of loans.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred for senior roles).
Experience: 1–3 years in loan sales or financial services (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products

Number of loans disbursed

Compensation:
Fixed Salary (based on experience and location)

Performance Bonus:
Employees who achieve their targets and strictly adhere to company policies for six consecutive months will be eligible for a bonus equivalent to 15 days’ salary.
If the employee continues to meet targets and comply with company policies for an additional six months, they will be entitled to an additional bonus of 15 days’ salary.
Diwali Bonus:
A Diwali bonus will be awarded based on employee performance and adherence to company policies.
Travel Incentive:
Employees who consistently achieve their targets and comply with company policies for eight consecutive months will be eligible for two travel tickets as a reward.
Referral Bonus:
For Executive Level (PL & BL): INR 1,000/-
For Executive Level Mortgage Department: INR 2,000/-
Salary-Based Referral Bonus:
If the referred candidate’s salary falls between INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000, the referral bonus will be INR 7,500.
If the referred candidate’s salary exceeds INR 1,00,000, the referral bonus will be INR 15,000.
Note: The referral bonus will be disbursed to the referring employee only after the referred candidate successfully completes six months of employment with the company.
Lunch Facility:
The company will provide lunch for all employees.
Weekend Offs:
Effective All Sundays, second and fourth Saturdays of each month will be designated as Week off days.
Note: If a team is required to work on a Saturday to meet targets, no compensatory off will be provided.
Revised Office Timings:
The new office working hours will be 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
Short Leave & Late Arrival Policy:
In a month two hour, two short leave can be allowed, in case of emergency No grace period will be permitted.
Late arrivals will result in a salary deduction or leave adjustment based on the employee’s available leave balance.
All employees are expected to adhere to these policies to ensure smooth operations and maintain eligibility for the mentioned benefits.
