Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales, providing in-depth counselling to NEET aspirants, and guiding students and parents through the NEET counselling process. You’ll play a pivotal role in revenue generation and delivering a high-quality admission experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to conversion and closure.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with NEET aspirants and their parents.
Understand student needs and provide tailored guidance on NEET counselling, college selection, and admission strategy.
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maximize conversion.
Achieve weekly/monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare timely reports.
Stay updated with the latest in NEET counselling procedures, seat matrix, cut-offs, and admission trends
Collaborate with the marketing and counselling teams to optimize lead quality and improve the user journey.
Mentor and support junior BDAs or new team members when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.); MBA preferred.
1+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in education, counselling, or edtech.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Empathetic, student-first approach with consultative selling skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and Google Workspace/MS Office.
