Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research and identify potential target audiences.
• Schedule appointments for sales meetings with potential clients.
• Client Communication:
• Effectively communicate project details, pricing, and available options to prospective clients.
• Answer client inquiries regarding projects, pricing, and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Data Entry and Management:
• Accurately maintain client records and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on daily/weekly/monthly sales activities and lead conversion rates.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in various activities, as required.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar sales role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic
• Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
