Identify and develop new sales opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong knowledge of available properties, pricing trends, and competitive market conditions.
Assist clients with legal formalities, documentation, and property registration processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
