Work Schedule: 6 working days, 48 hours per week
Compensation: CTC as per position, plus performance-based incentives
Sales Executive: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA
Sales Manager: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹6 LPA
Senior Sales Manager: ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA
Salary will vary based on experience and last drawn CTC.

Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads.
Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers.
Provide clients with market insights, investment opportunities, and property details.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including negotiations and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
