Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales for residential projects, working as part of a channel partner firm in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, site visits, and market research to ensure effective sales strategies and client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through various channels, including digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
Lead Conversion:
Contact leads via calls or emails to convert them into potential buyers.
Build strong relationships with prospects to drive sales closure.
Client Engagement:
Explain project details, benefits, and features to clients effectively.
Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and payment plans.
Site Visits Coordination:
Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to showcase residential projects.
Address client queries during visits and follow up for feedback.
Coordination:
Collaborate with developers, builders, and internal teams to provide seamless client services.
Maintain records of interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify market trends, potential customers, and competitor strategies.
Gather insights to refine sales approaches and project positioning.
Market Analysis:
Analyze local market conditions to recommend competitive pricing and sales tactics.
Monitor real estate developments and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Real Estate).
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in sales or real estate (freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market and CRM tools.
Preferred:
Proactive approach to market research and data analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Work Environment:
Office and field-based, with frequent client meetings and site visits.
Flexibility to work on weekends and extended hours, as needed
