Job Description:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Client Assistance: Guide clients through property selection, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and competitors.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
- Prior real estate experience is mandatory
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales with a focus on high profile projects in gurgaon including DLF, Elan, TARC, EMAAR, M3M, Sobha, Whiteland etc
