We are looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to join [IDFC FIRST BANK] in Mumbai, Thane West. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7 LPA to 16 LPA along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for acquiring new customers for business banking with a detailed
understanding of credit assessment.
Knowledge on liability, Forex, trade and client relationships, delinquency
management, relationship management, and an analytical mindset.
Managing the portfolio effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts
and renewals, enhancement, retention and ensuring portfolio hygiene with
minimal open deferral and covenants.
Develop a superior working relationship with branch banking for cross-
leveraging & synergy optimization and work within the overall bank ecosystem
with other stakeholders.
Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from
different channels and customers.
Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and
quality across the branch network.
Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and
marketing initiatives.
Understanding of financial statements, credit Assessment and title-security
documents
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have Graduate and Min 3- years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, Cold Calling, business banking, Excellent Communication, Age 35 below, liability, Forex - Trade is an added advantage.
The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of
business banking customers and ensuring best-in-class relationship management
and customer experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer
is responsible for asset NTB client acquisition along with liabilities and Forex
deepening. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to
drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.
