RETAIL ASSOCIATE

Job Description:
As a Retail Associate (RA) for premium cars, you will be the key point of contact for high-value customers looking to sell their luxury vehicles. Your role is all about understanding their expectations, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free selling experience.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with premium car owners, understanding their expectations, and guiding them through the selling process.
• Consultative Selling Approach: Provide market insights, offer competitive pricing guidance, and ensure customers feel confident in their decision to sell.
• Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up with potential sellers, address their concerns, and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets through effective negotiations, customer engagement, and strong follow-ups.
• On-Ground Presence: Be available at our premium showrooms or designated locations to assist customers in their selling journey and ensure smooth transactions.
• Training & Development: Undergo a structured 7 to 15-day training program (both classroom and on-the-job) to gain expertise in luxury car sales, customer handling, and market dynamics.
• Incentives & Rewards: Enjoy a performance-driven incentive structure based on lead conversion, customer experience, and sales milestones.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Full-time availability: 6 working days a week, with one designated weekday off.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills: Ability to engage with high-value customers and provide compelling selling propositions.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Enthusiasm for delivering a premium, hassle-free selling experience to luxury car owners.
• Punctuality & Discipline: Reporting time at 10:30 AM
• Passion for Luxury Cars: Knowledge or interest in the premium automotive market is a plus!

Working days - 6 days
Week off - Depends as per work requirement

Preferred background: Premium/Luxury Automobile company + Sales Exp

Budget: up to 4.5 - 5 LPA
