Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Analyst to support our Sales team. This dynamic role blends data analysis, reporting, and administrative support, allowing the individual to assist the sales team while also providing critical insights and strategic recommendations to optimize sales operations.
As a key player within the sales department, you will be responsible for tracking sales performance, analyzing trends, generating reports, and coordinating administrative functions to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
Assist in the development of sales forecasts, targets, and goals.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
Reporting:
Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, ensuring accurate data and timely delivery.
Present key insights and recommendations to management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Support the preparation of sales presentations and presentations for leadership meetings.
Administrative Support:
Manage the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure proper documentation for sales-related activities.
Handle routine correspondence and communication, including responding to sales inquiries and assisting with follow-ups.
Coordinate logistics for sales events and meetings at branch level.
Track and manage sales team expenses and budgets.
Sales Team Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (marketing, finance, and operations).
Monitor and maintain up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) data, ensuring accuracy.
Assist with onboarding new sales team members, providing support as needed.
Maintain a repository of sales documents, contracts, and client information.
Process Optimization:
Recommend and implement improvements to sales processes, tools, and systems.
Identify inefficiencies and work with the team to streamline operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of excel tools like V-lookup, H-Lookup, filter, pivot tables, What-if analysis, conditional formatting, reports management.
· Keeping track of performance metrics, taking corrective actions, analyzing bottlenecks and implementing solutions that bring process performance to the next level.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at branch level.
· High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
· Ability to work in team and good leadership quality.
