We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with 1–4 years of experience in showroom sales to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will excel at creating exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Provide a seamless and personalized customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain product displays, ensuring the showroom is always organized and visually appealing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Handle billing, payments, and post-sale follow-ups professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in showroom sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Fluent in English and local languages (Kannada, English, Hindi, etc.).
Basic knowledge of billing processes and inventory management is a plus.
