Job Summary:

Castle Kings Company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth transactions from initial client contact to closing. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist real estate agents with listing preparations, contract management, and closing procedures.

• Maintain and update property listings, databases, and CRM systems.

• Coordinate client meetings, property showings, and open houses.

• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics for the sales team.

Client & Transaction Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, and agents.

• Ensure all real estate documents (contracts, disclosures, agreements) are completed and filed correctly.

• Follow up with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Assist in resolving client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Assist with the creation of marketing materials, flyers, and online listings.

• Manage social media accounts and online property promotions.

• Maintain office records, schedules, and correspondence related to real estate sales.

• Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate, sales coordination, or administrative support.

• Strong knowledge of real estate processes, contracts, and MLS platforms.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
