Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

> To do the coordination between Head Office and Factory for order input and generation of centralised inquiry through E-Mail/ Phone and forwarding the inquiry to respective marketing personnel through form/ Email
> To maintain and manage the stock of all samples at Head Office & should have its traceability
> Courier coordination between head office and factory
> Should maintain checklist of all the orders received
> To keep informed Director - Marketing for all the marketing personnel individual payment overdue
> To help Director - Marketing for collection of payments from customers
> After receiving product folder from design team, forwarding it to PPC at factory as soon as possible
> If there are any corrections in sales order, corrections are to be done as per the changes received from any marketing personnel
> To mail the dispatch details of the party to respective marketing personnel
> Responsible for sending bill to the customers through courier in coordination with marketing personnel
> Ensuring timely dispatch of goods to the customers and if there is any delay due to some reasons, solving the issue in coordination with respective marketing personnel and dispatch team
