Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate between internal teams (warehouse, commercial, Field Engineers) and external customers.
2. Follow up with customers on quotations sent and update CRM software accordingly.
3. Collect and manage daily reports from Field Engineers and maintain effective two-way communication.
4. Assist in preparing quotations during peak workloads or in urgent situations.
5. Support engineers by arranging required materials and documents on time.
6. Follow up with customers for pending payments.
7. Maintain and update sales data, including target sheets and follow-up schedules.
8. Coordinate with the commercial team to track material availability and inform engineers of critical updates.
9. Proactively manage and maintain CRM records with accuracy.
10. Draft clear and professional emails and reports for internal and external communication.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / IT / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent technical education).
2. 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination within an Industrial/B2B trading company.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Gmail.
4. Familiarity with CRM software (working knowledge of any reputed CRM).
5. Basic knowledge of industrial electrical products is preferred.
6. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
7. Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
8. Detail-oriented and proactive in approach.
