Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage and support our Govt. Retails Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, tracking field operations using Field Assist software, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Team Coordination: Support and manage the Govt. retails sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Field Assist Software Management: Track sales team activities, monitor attendance, and analyze performance using the software.
• Order Processing & Follow-ups: Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and timely follow-ups with customers and distributors.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve sales efficiency.
• Communication & Support: Act as a liaison between the sales team, management, and clients for seamless operations.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team to ensure proper stock availability.
• Customer Relationship Management: Address distributor concerns, provide after-sales support, and enhance customer satisfaction.
