We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales person with at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Jaipur real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure calling on leads provided by the company.
-Build good working relationships with Clients.
-Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
-Explain to the customers about the properties.
-Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
-Closing sale and submitting report to the respective team leader or manager.
-Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till the accomplishment.
-Solving client’s doubts and their queries by explaining them.
-Maintaining healthy relationship with existing and new clients.
-Providing site visits to clients.
-Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
-Handle all queries related to pricing, terms and conditions.
-Highly motivated and demonstrate commitment to teamwork.
-Increase our volumes of sales with new clients.
Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in real estate sales (Commercial/Residential/Industrial properties preferred).
Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
