Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing orders, fostering dealer relationships, generating leads, and providing administrative and logistical support. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Management and Coordination:
• Accurately receive, enter, adjust, and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with the Morbi facility to ensure timely order fulfillment.
2. Dealer Relationship Management:
• Proactively follow up with dealers regarding order status and payment collection.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
3. Lead Generation and Sales:
• Identify and pursue new sales leads.
• Conduct 50-100 outbound calls daily to introduce services, provide pricing information, and establish new
business relationships.
4. Computer Proficiency and Software Utilization:
• Utilize Tally software to create and manage Sales Orders (SOs) and invoices.
5. Market Analysis and Dealer Visits:
• Conduct regular market visits (5-7 days per month) to meet with dealers.
• Gather market intelligence, address dealer concerns, and identify new sales opportunities.
6. Administrative and Logistics Support:
• Print invoices and ledgers as needed.
• Coordinate and arrange product dispatches from the warehouse.
7. Training:
• Complete a mandatory 15-day training in Morbi to understand the company's operations. All expenses will be
covered.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage orders and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in dealer relationship management.
• Ability to generate leads and conduct outbound sales calls.
• Proficiency in Tally software.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and dealer visits.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Must possess a two wheeler.
