Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
2. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, finance, and operations to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
3. Handle incoming inquiries and provide information about products and services to potential customers.
4. Assist in preparing and maintaining sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
5. Manage customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
7. Support the sales team in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1. MBA degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
7. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
