Position: Project Coordinator (2-3 Positions)
Location: Delhi (Kirti Nagar)
Work Experience: 2 years to 4 years
Salary Range: Not Disclosed (Salary will be negotiated depending on the interview & experience.)

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and hospital management for project execution.
Develop project timelines and schedules.
Ensure proper allocation of resources and materials.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., NFPA 99, HTM standards).
Conduct safety checks and risk assessments.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress.
Resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise.
Installation & Testing Oversight:
Supervise the installation of oxygen, nitrous oxide, compressed air, and vacuum systems.
Ensure proper testing and commissioning of the system.
Address any faults or discrepancies post-installation.
Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence.
Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain project records, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Prepare progress reports and submit them to senior management.
Ensure proper handover with necessary documentation post-completion.
Skills Required:
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Knowledge of medical gas systems and relevant regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
1. Travel and Site Visits:
o Travel extensively across India for client meetings, site visits, and product promotions. (Company will be reimbursed emp. Travel, login & food allowance).
1. Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communication.
o Prepare reports and presentations using tools like MS Excel, Word, and email.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
2. Education: Graduation Mandatory.
3. Technical Skills:
o Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
1. Communication Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
1. Personal Attributes:
o Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
o Willingness to travel extensively.
