Job Responsibilities:
Holiday Planning - Making a proactive call to members, enlightening them on their
eligibility and making them use their holidays appropriately at the right time, thus
maximizing unique member holidaying.
Complaint Resolution- Attending to members’ complaints and discrepancies,
resolving them and taking corrective action.
Managing cancellations post-rescission and maximizing member retention.
To ensure quality and adherence to process and timelines as specified for each
activity.
Generating revenues for the organization
Suggesting and helping members for up gradation, revivals and reinstatement.
Ensure proactive calling by Executives for the collection of annual subscription fees
and return of cheques.
Ensure Post holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate
referrals.
To ensure that all the interactions assigned to Self are resolved within the specified
time limit.
Required Skills: Good Performer, Multi-skilled, extrovert & good communicator
Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with a minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
Should have Customer service experience with cross-selling
Experience: Minimum 1+ year
